Quick answers for creating laser-ready artwork, using AI credits, saving work, and managing a Core-X Ai Studio account.
How do AI credits work?
One successful AI image generation, revision, or AI PNG optimization generally uses one AI credit. A request that fails before an image is returned should not use a credit. Your account page shows the current allowance, used credits, remaining credits, and applicable carried-over credits.
What if I do not like a generated image?
AI output can vary. A completed generation uses a credit even when the result needs changes or does not match your preference. Check your prompt, selected size, style, detail level, and reference images before generating. Use the revision controls to ask for specific improvements, and save strong prompt-and-setting combinations for reuse. Credits are not restored solely because a completed result is not the desired creative outcome; requests that fail before an image is returned should not use a credit.
Do unused paid credits roll over?
Eligible unused credits from a paid plan can carry into the next billing cycle for one additional cycle, subject to the account's plan rules and expiration shown in the app. They are used before the current cycle's new credits. Free-plan credits do not roll over.
Does PNG-to-SVG conversion use an AI credit?
Browser-based PNG-to-SVG tracing does not use an AI credit. Optional AI PNG optimization does use a credit only after a successful optimized image is returned.
What is the difference between the AI Image Generator and Image Overlay Builder?
AI Image Generator starts from a prompt and optional reference images. Image Overlay Builder is for creating artwork that fits an uploaded outline, template, or product-photo canvas. It can produce a separate transparent layer or a visual baked proof, depending on the selected output type.
Where are my saved images and SVG files?
Open Your Library after signing in. You can preview, organize, download, reuse, send supported PNG files to the SVG converter, and attach saved work to production jobs. Storage allowance depends on your plan.
How do I cancel a paid subscription?
Open Account & Billing, then select Manage subscription. The secure billing portal lets eligible subscribers update payment details, view invoices, and cancel. Unless a different option is displayed during cancellation, access remains available until the end of the current paid billing period.
Can I receive a refund?
Contact support with your account email, payment date, and a short explanation. Refund requests are reviewed individually and may be handled as required by applicable law or the circumstances of the purchase. A refund, reversal, disputed payment, or terminated subscription can remove paid-plan access and remaining paid credits.
Will an AI prompt recreate the exact same image?
No. Image results are variations, even when the same prompt and settings are reused. Save the prompt, settings, dimensions, and a finished result in Your Library when you need a reliable production record.
Is an SVG always a perfect engraving file?
No. The converter creates path-based SVG geometry when tracing is used, but intricate artwork can still require cleanup. Use the SVG preview and Laser Check, inspect small features, then test on scrap material before production.
How do I get help?
Use the in-app Feedback form to send details and a screenshot, or visit Support. Include your account email, workflow, approximate time of the problem, and the result you expected.
