These Terms describe the rules for using Core-X Ai Studio. By creating an account, using AI image tools, converting files, saving prompts, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms.

Service Overview

Core-X Ai Studio provides tools for creating black-and-white laser engraving artwork, optimizing PNG images, saving prompts, and converting PNG files into SVG output for galvo laser engraving workflows.

Accounts and Access

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
Some actions require sign-in. Free accounts may include limited AI image generations.
Admin access is restricted to authorized site administrators only.

Plans, Billing, and Cancellations

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Plan limits, prices, billing intervals, renewal dates, and cancellation options are shown in the app or Stripe billing portal. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can use the billing portal to manage an eligible subscription, update payment information, and request cancellation. Unless the portal shows a different option, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Access to paid features may change if payment fails, a subscription is canceled, refunded, disputed, reversed, or downgraded.

Credits, Refunds, and Chargebacks

Successful AI image generation, revision, and optional AI PNG optimization may use an AI credit. Failed requests that do not return an image are intended not to use a credit. Eligible unused paid-plan credits may carry into the next billing cycle for one additional cycle, subject to the displayed account rules; free-plan credits do not roll over.

AI results depend on the prompt, selected settings, reference material, and the nature of generative technology. A completed request uses a credit even if the result does not match your preferred style, detail level, composition, wording, or engraving outcome. Review your prompt, size, style, and settings before submitting a request, and use the revision tools or saved prompts when refining a result. Credits are not refunded solely because a completed result is not the result you expected, except where required by applicable law.

Refund requests can be sent to support and are reviewed individually, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the purchase. A refund, payment reversal, dispute, chargeback, or fraud finding may result in immediate removal of paid-plan access, remaining paid credits, or account access while the issue is reviewed.

Free Trial and Usage Limits

Free accounts may receive a limited number of AI image generations. The app may track usage, accounts, device/browser signals, and request activity to prevent abuse of free limits or subscription controls.

User Content

You are responsible for prompts, uploaded files, generated images, saved prompts, downloaded artwork, and any final products you create. Do not upload or generate content that you do not have the right to use, that violates another person's rights, or that is unlawful.

AI Output and Production Use

AI-generated or AI-edited images can contain mistakes, artifacts, distorted details, or unexpected results. PNG-to-SVG conversion and vector tracing can also require manual cleanup. You are responsible for reviewing output before engraving, selling, publishing, or using it commercially.

Always verify dimensions, DPI, line quality, physical scale, text accuracy, copyright/trademark status, and laser software import settings before production use.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the service for illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or unsafe purposes.
Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, payment controls, rate limits, authentication, or security protections.
Do not interfere with the backend, database, payment systems, or other users.
Do not submit malware, automated abuse traffic, credential stuffing, or content intended to damage the service.

Availability and Changes

The service may change, pause, or become unavailable due to maintenance, hosting limits, provider outages, account issues, or product updates. Features, pricing, limits, and providers may change over time.

No Professional Advice

Core-X Ai Studio provides creative and technical tools, not legal, manufacturing, intellectual property, safety, or business advice. You are responsible for testing engraving settings and complying with laws and platform requirements that apply to your work.

No Warranty

The service is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, perfect vector output, exact image quality, or fitness for a specific engraving machine, material, or commercial project.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Core-X Ai Studio and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages related to use of the service, generated output, subscription issues, provider outages, or production engraving results.
