Core-X Ai Studio provides AI image generation, prompt saving, account management, subscriptions, and PNG-to-SVG conversion tools for laser engraving artwork. This policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and what choices you have.

Information We Collect

Account information: email address, sign-in provider, account ID, plan, subscription status, and basic profile details returned by Supabase Auth or OAuth providers.
Billing information: Stripe customer ID, subscription ID, plan, billing status, renewal date, cancellation status, and payment event information. Full payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Core-X Ai Studio.
AI and app usage: image generation counts, saved prompt counts, request type, model, image size, duration, error status, and other usage metrics used to operate plans and monitor service health.
User content: prompts, saved prompts, uploaded images, generated images, revised images, and PNG files you choose to process with the app.
Technical information: browser request metadata, approximate IP-related request information available to the backend, security logs, rate-limit events, and diagnostic events.

How We Use Information

To provide sign-in, account access, plan limits, saved prompts, AI image generation, PNG optimization, and SVG conversion features.
To send AI image requests to OpenAI and return generated or optimized images to you.
To process subscriptions, billing portal access, webhooks, and plan status through Stripe.
To prevent abuse, enforce free and paid limits, protect the service, debug errors, and improve reliability.
To monitor aggregate usage so the service can scale OpenAI, Render, Supabase, and Stripe-related infrastructure appropriately.

Third-Party Services

Core-X Ai Studio uses service providers to operate the app. These may include Supabase for authentication and database services, OpenAI for AI image generation and image editing, Render for backend hosting, Google for OAuth sign-in, GitHub Pages or DNS hosting services for public site delivery, and Stripe for payments and subscription management.

User Content and AI Processing

When you use AI features, your prompts and images may be sent to OpenAI for processing. When you save prompts, those prompts are stored in your account so you can reuse them. Avoid submitting confidential, sensitive, regulated, or unlawful content unless you understand the risk and have the right to use that content.

Local Files

PNG-to-SVG conversion may happen in your browser when AI optimization is not used. Files you download are saved by your browser according to your device and browser settings. Core-X Ai Studio does not control your local download folder.

Data Retention

Account, subscription, saved prompt, saved-image, and usage records may be retained while your account is active and as needed for billing, security, support, analytics, and legal obligations. Temporary background-generation results are designed to expire after a limited period; save work you need in Your Library. You may request account or saved prompt deletion through support.

Security

We use authentication, backend-only secret keys, database row-level security, and administrative access controls. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, so users should avoid uploading content they cannot risk exposing to cloud processing services.

Your Choices

You can choose not to save prompts.
You can sign out of your account at any time.
You can manage paid subscriptions through the Stripe billing portal when available in your account menu.
You can delete supported saved images and prompts from your account tools, subject to records we must retain for security, billing, or legal obligations.
You can contact support to ask about account, saved prompt, or data deletion options.

Children

The service is intended for adults and business users. It is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

This policy may be updated as features, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top will show when the page was last revised.
